1. Virtual Currency (Ꞩ)

The Platform uses a virtual play-money currency denoted by the symbol Ꞩ or ꞩ ("Ꞩ"). Ꞩ is provided solely for entertainment, educational, and recreational purposes within the Platform's prediction markets. Ꞩ has no real-world monetary value, is not legal tender, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any goods or services outside the Platform (except as explicitly provided in connection with contests or promotions).

You may receive Ꞩ through sign-up bonuses, daily logins, referrals, or other free methodsas determined by us. Ꞩ is a limited, revocable license to use within the Platform and does not confer any ownership interest. We may adjust, expire, forfeit, or remove Ꞩbalances at any time in our sole discretion, without liability.

Ꞩ may not be purchased with real money or transferred between users (except as permitted by official Platform features) or sold, traded, or exchanged outside the Platform.

2. User Accounts

You may be required to register an account to access certain features. You are permitted only one account and agree not to create multiple accounts or accounts under common control.

Any user found to be operating, controlling, or benefiting from multiple accounts (including accounts under common control, whether directly or indirectly) will be in violation of these Terms. In such cases, we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to deactivate or suspend any or all affected accounts, permanently ban the user from the Platform, forfeit any Ꞩ balances or prizes in the affected accounts, and disqualify the user from participation in any current or future contests, promotions, or incentives.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.

We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change usernames that are inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

3. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree to use the Platform only for its intended purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
• Impersonate any person or entity;
• Harass, abuse, or harm others;
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code;
• Attempt to circumvent any security features or access restrictions;
• Use automated means (e.g., bots, scripts) to access or interact with the Platform without authorization;
• Collect or harvest personal information from other users;
• Engage in spam, phishing, or fraudulent activity;
• Create or promote markets that involve illegal activities, hate speech, violence, or other prohibited content;
• Manipulate markets through collusion, self-trading, or other unfair means.

We reserve the right to monitor activity, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and take appropriate legal action for violations.

4. Prediction Markets and User-Generated Content

The Platform allows users to create and participate in prediction markets using Ꞩ. Most or all markets, questions, comments, and other contributions ("Contributions") are user-generated.

By creating or posting Contributions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, display, distribute, and create derivative works from your Contributions for any purpose.

You warrant that your Contributions do not infringe third-party rights, are not misleading, and comply with these Terms.

We may edit, remove, or resolve markets at our discretion, especially if ambiguous, prohibited, or in violation of laws.

5. Contests and Promotions

Participation in any contests, promotions, sweepstakes, or other incentives offered on the Platform (including monthly prizes for market creators whose markets attract the most traders) is open only to eligible users and requires no purchase or payment of any kind to enter or win.

All such contests and promotions are void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law. Additional eligibility requirements, official rules, entry periods, prize details, and restrictions may apply as specified in the individual contest or promotion terms.

To be eligible for any cash prizes, users must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, if higher) and reside in a jurisdiction where such prizes are permitted. Users under 18 are ineligible for cash prizes but may participate in non-cash aspects of the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any contest or promotion at our sole discretion, and to verify eligibility (including age and location) before awarding prizes.

Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranties. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes and may need to provide tax identification information to the Platform prior to collecting prizes.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, software, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Platform without our written permission.

7. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Prediction outcomes are probabilistic and not financial advice. Use of the Platform involves risk, and you assume all responsibility for your participation.

The Platform is for entertainment and educational purposes only and does not constitute gambling, investment advice, or a financial service.

We are not responsible for third-party content, links, or services accessible via the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us (if any) in the past 12 months.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so the above may not apply to you.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms, your Contributions, or your use of the Platform.

10. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by you or us. We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violations of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, or in courts located there, at our election.

12. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.

We may assign these Terms; you may not without our consent.

No waiver of any term shall be deemed a continuing waiver.
